Exchanges & Store Credit
We only offer exchanges and store credits on all orders. Due to the small nature of our business and the made-to-order model we currently operate under we cannot offer refunds at this time. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit your item must remain unused and in the same condition that you received it
If you are requesting an exchange or store credit please first send us an email explaining the situation to email@example.com prior to shipping anything back to us.
Our exchange policy lasts 90 days. In order to qualify for an exchange or store credit you must email us and make a request to start the process within 90 days of your item being shipped. After 90 days from shipment date we unfortunately can’t offer you a exchange or store credit.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You will also need to pay shipping to send the replacement item back.
In cases where we do not have what you need to complete the exchange we issue a store credit for the pre-shipping amount.
We do not ship any exchanges or issue store credits until we receive your returned item(s).
Shipping Items Back
To return your order please mail your product to: 1075 Queen St. W Toronto Ontario CA M6J 1H3 and include your name and order number on a piece of paper in the package you send the item(s) back in.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Items will not be sent out until returned item is received.
If you are shipping an item worth over $50, we recommend you purchase shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All products are guaranteed against normal wear and tear during the 90 day period any only pertain to construction defects. Exchanges are not offered within the 90 days if issues such as improper handling (item has not been washed and dried according to instructions provided on the product tag), or damage has occurred to a dog biting or tearing item during play.
